Pricing

We have a
minimum "bench charge" that allows us to diagnose or evaluate your
request, and to give you a more accurate estimate of the total
cost involved.

If we can resolve the issue for the
bench charge, then that’s all you pay.

If the work is more extensive, then
the bench charge is applied to the total.

The bench charge varies depending on
how service is delivered:

You carry in your equipment to one of our Orlando, College
Park  or Altamonte Springs locations.  When work is
complete, we notify you and you pick up the equipment from the
same location.

We provide phone support or we access your PC remotely. 
Remote support requires a high-speed internet connection,
such as Roadrunner or DSL.  A credit card is required
for this option.

Pick Up/

Deliver



We pick up and deliver your equipment.  Pickup time is before
11:00am Mon-Fri.  A credit card is required for this option,
and the bench charge is non-refundable.

Weekend
and holiday prices are higher.  We reserve the right to change
these prices at any time.


On-Site – How We Work

We try to resolve every  issue on
the phone or through e-mail, when possible.  We only come
on-site when requested or mandatory.

If we need to come on-site, and you
request an estimate, when possible we will quote the estimate
over the phone or in writing at your option.


Discounting

Service agreements are available,
with significant hourly discounts starting at only six (6) hours
per month.  You save money, plus gain peace of mind by letting
us deal with all of those overlooked preventative maintenance tasks.

Terms

Time is
billed in one (1) hour increments.

We’ll
tell you in advance if the incident is billable.

No
extra charge for "last minute" service calls.


Hardware and software, at your discretion,
is additional.

For
first-time customers, payment is due at the time service is
delivered.


Invoices are sent by e-mail or fax after the service call.

Additional Cost

Hardware and/or software which is installed by our service advisor
and left installed on your computer after the service advisor
leaves is not included in the above prices.  For these items, you
will always be given the price in advance, before installation. 
You’ll find that our hardware and software prices are very
